Whether you are brand new to dance or wishing to get back into some dance classes after a long break – our adult classes could be the right fit for you! Adult dance classes helps improve flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. It allows you to meet new local women and share in a common interest. You get the chance to have fun, be passionate and maybe even perform one day.

The most common question we get for our adult programs is if we offer drop-ins. The answer to that questions is, no. Here’s why! Learning dance is progressive and often you will be working on the same peice of choreography from week to week. Jumping into the class could leave you feeling frustrated if you are not used to picking up choreography or you are not comfortable with basic technique yet. We want you to get the most out of the class and walk away with increased confidence! Not feeling deflated and left behind.
We have priced our sessions to allow for 4 missed classes in the Fall and 2 in Spring and Winter. So if you have to miss a couple for work or family you don’t need to feel bad about it.
Once you have completed a full term in a particular style of dance, you have the option of purchasing a 10 class pass for September to January or February to June. This pass allows you to pick whichever style and time you prefer. If you have a busy work schedule or extended vacation coming up this could be a good option. You do get the most value from your classes by signing up by the session.
